I like this movie. The flying scenes are spectacular. I saw it in the IMAX theater and bought the dvd and watch it every couple of months or so. One thing i noticed is that there is no in flight footage looking back at the pilot from inside an F-16. The other big thing is that all the in flight scenes looking back at the pilot in an F-15 is that it is the back seat of a two seat F-15 they are filming. The IMAX cameras are big and they have more than one size. Maybe they could only safely put one in the back seat for the in flight scenes. I searched the internet looking for a picture of the actual camera they used in the two seat F-15. I could not find it. Does anyone know of a picture of this? If that is about the smallest IMAX has, i can see why they could not put one in the front seat of any fighter. I would think they would have used one of their smaller cameras. A regular or High Def video camera would have looked terrible on the huge IMAX screen. And it didn't. It was amazing. It was IMAX quality.

Dec 9, 2008 - the dude was in da f16 (i believe) at 3:20 cuz the f16's seat has a greater angle than other american planes.this done so that the pilot could better handle high G turns
