I get a lot of requests for videos about buttercream flowers, if you have something specific you'd like to see let me know, maybe I can accomodate :)I did have a cake that I filmed earlier this week but I dropped the camera and it erased all my work!! Fortunately I had a last minute birthday cake request and was given 'free reign', which I love! Anyway, hope you guys like it :)

Oct 11, 2008 - Yes, this is just my regular buttercream recipe with chocolate added. I use 6 oz. of Hershey's unsweetened baking chocolate. Melted, cooled to room temp, and added just before the sugar. Sometimes I need a little more cream, sometimes not, lol, depends on the weather :)

SeriousCakes Says:
Jan 2, 2009 - I keep meaning to but something always comes up to prevent me filming lol :)I melt 6 oz. of unsweetened chocolate, cool to room temp, then add it my buttercream before I would add the sugar. Sometimes I need a little more liquid at the end.
